The FC Kairat logo is based on a diamond-shaped emblem outlined in yellow and black, recalling the club's historical identity and its original emblem from its founding in 1954. A curved black ribbon divides the diamond into two sections and displays the team's name, "Қайрат", in Kazakh. The upper yellow section features a football rising like the sun, surrounded by black rays arranged in an arc that echo the sun motif on the national flag of Kazakhstan. This imagery symbolizes warmth, light, peace, and optimism for the future. The lower black section contains a golden Kazakh national ornament, emphasizing the club's cultural roots and national identity. The ornament also reinforces Kairat's reputation as a team associated with Kazakh pride. The yellow-and-black color scheme carries additional symbolism: yellow represents sunlight, wealth, victory, and the expansive Kazakh steppe, while black conveys strength, stability, resilience, and professionalism. These distinctive colors have also earned the club the nickname "The Yellow-and-Blacks". The name "Kairat" conveys ideas of strength, spirit, energy, determination, and perseverance, reflecting the team's competitive character and desire to win. Above the diamond, a golden star symbolizes the club's championship titles and achievements in Kazakh football. Together, the diamond shape, rising football, sun rays, national ornament, distinctive colors, club name, and golden star combine to express FC Kairat's historical continuity, Kazakh heritage, strong identity, and sporting ambition.
