Athletic Club, commonly known as Athletic Bilbao or just Athletic, is a professional football club based in Bilbao, Basque Country, Spain that plays in La Liga (2020-21), the top flight of Spanish football. This unofficial Athletic Bilbao flag (Spanish: bandera no oficial del Athletic de Bilbao) consists of the team's official logo, the club's initials "AC" monogram, and a red-and-white striped background derived from the logo. The logo includes the Basque Country symbols: the Guernica oak, St. Anton's Church and the San Antón Bridge; vertical red-and-white stripes in team colors; and two wolves on the trunk of the tree, taken from the city's coat of arms.
