The national flag of Cambodia (Khmer: ទង់ជាតិកម្ពុជា, Tóngchéatĕ Kâmpŭchea) consists of three horizontal stripes of blue, red and blue, and the white Angkor Wat, a religious monument, in the center of the red stripe. The blue color represents liberty, cooperation, and brotherhood. Angkor Wat symbolizes integrity, justice, and heritage, and the red color refers to bravery. The height-to-width ratio of the flag is 16:25, and the flag was adopted in 1948.
Its coat of arms consists of various royal elements supported by two royal lions and is the symbol of the Cambodian monarchy.
