Quebec Flag GIF (Drapeau du Québec)
The Quebec flag (French: Drapeau du Québec), called Fleurdelise, consists of a blue field filled with a symmetrical cross between four stylized lily motifs. The white lilies (symbols of purity) and the blue field (representing Heaven) come from a banner honoring the Virgin Mary. The height-to-width ratio in the flag is 2:3, and the flag was adopted on January 21, 1948.
